our account is ramping up.. I'm from Genpact Green Dot...
we need a lot of agents sa account namin.. mga walang CC experience gusto nila or mga freshies and also w/ cc experience.. and 3 new accounts will open, 1 is a day shift account
Genpact Application Process
1. Initial Interview with the recruiter, he/she will gauge your english skills.. tell me something about yourself? what's your favorite color and why? why chose a call center? and the likes..
2. Versant test.. the recruiter will give you a paper wherein you will follow the instructions written on it..
3. Revalidation Test on the phone aka "GALA".. you'll talk to someone over the phone (i think its the senior recruiter) the hr guy told me that she's very meticulous about the grammar/accent then she'll ask you a couple of questions like.. what did you do last weekend? how can you handle the traffic here in the Philippines? etc. then you'll be graded.. *a 5.0 score and below means you have to take another verbal assessment with their language trainer* 6.0 and above means you go directly to the final interview... i got a 6.0 score =p
4. Final Interview with the AVP/OM.. you have to be really honest here and prove to him your loyalty and your desire to have the job.
5. Job Offer...
(you can finish it in one day i started at 2pm and got the JO the next day)
