What they do is try to resolve technical issues to the device/system/computer or whatever. Your job is to troubleshoot and fix the customer's problem over the phone. What do you mean ano pa yung ibang sakop? Regarding your other question, Yes may bumabagsak sa training, and may allowance or in other words may sahod ka na sa training

Are you asking about the call centers' clients? There are so many clients for each call centers and they vary as well, depending on the call center you wanna work for. :)

I'll assume that kryptonite has already answered your other questions, so I won't give mine anymore. As for your other questions, if you mean what other jobs there are in a call center aside from TSR, there are actually a lot. There are of course the usual: call center agents (inbound and outbound) and TSR. Support jobs include quality assurance, recruitment and admin. Some call centers also hire people for posts such as data processors, non-voice support and writers.

If you mean clients, it depends. They can vary from telecommunications companies to credit card companies to cable companies. There are also others that offer directory assistance. Some even handle hotlines for restaurants (yes, the people whom you call for food delivery).
