Leadership and management are related with each other but are like a two pillars for any successful business..
Today Leadership development has became important for not only employees but also for business owners, line managers, senior directors and team leaders; this dynamic and engaging skill helps them grow their understanding and confidence in being a leader and good people manager and hence helps in achieving goals to enjoy greater success.
