I wish to share what I’ve learned from my mentors. It is simple yet very effective. The only thing that you have to remember is 3I;

1st is to inspire: Inspire your people to aim high.
2nd is to impart: Impart you knowledge and experience with others
3rd is to instill: Instill in them the virtue of Integrity, Fairness, Accountability, Transparency and Hard work.
