agree po ako dito.. ang pagiging team lead naman doesnt end sa pagawa ng report and pag sigaw ng hit your targets..its about how you make them to be the best!

If I am leader then there are so many responsibility for me. I like to become a leader. My advice to everyone if anyone want to become a successful leader then it get only with right path or way.
